Overview

My client is an International Tech company in the area of Berlin. In this position, you are responsible for Compensation & Benefits policies and supporting the HR organisation.

 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyzing Global Compensation structures and policies
  • Advising the organisation on the technical aspects regarding compensation topics
  • Deploying short and long term incentive programs
  • Benchmarking Internal compensation structures with the market
  • Providing reporting to HR leaders and Leadership board
  • Being able to provide recommendations on more sensitive data/executive packages.
  • Working on different HR system projects

Skills Required

  • Finished relevant Master’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 Years of (Global) Compensation & Benefits experience
  • Profound knowledge of HR systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Complex stakeholder management experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Being able to lead global projects with stakeholders in different countries
