My client is an International Consulting company with multiple locations across Germany. In this position, you are responsible for managing HR projects, coaching Junior colleagues and advising clients
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing HR projects In the area of people & organization
-
Occurring as an internal and external (part-) project leader
-
Coaching Junior colleagues and representing our company as an executive
-
Developing our competencies and drive concepts for new organizational forms, methods, HR technologies and the digitization of HR
-
Designing offers independently and control the offer processes
-
Creating solutions with our team in the areas of HR, organizational design, talent management and digitization of HR work – from concept to administration
SKILLS REQUIRED
-
Finished Relevant Master’s studies with above-average success
-
5-10 years of professional experience in HR Consulting or an equivalent environment in an HR
-
A deep understanding of the tasks, processes and organizational forms in HR is a matter of course for you
-
You are familiar with current trends and developments in the HR environment
-
You have in-depth knowledge and experience in HR process optimization, process or organizational design, HR strategy or digital HR transformation
-
You are characterized by excellent conceptual and analytical skills as well as communication and presentation skills
-
Excellent knowledge of English and MS Office in a consulting context
