My client is a unicorn disruptive european-based fintech with less than 10 years in the European market, doubling the HC every two years with multiple start-up awards received. They are heavily growing in Europe, with LATAM and Asia to follow.
Role & Responsibilities

Shape and implement the People and Talent Strategies of the Marketing and Growth and International Expansion functions.

Partner with the Chief Growth Officer to translate business objectives into people and talent solutions.

Determine and shape people and organization growth plans, ensuring these are ready for scale-up.

Partner with People Intelligence to plan, measure and assess talent capabilities in relation to business performance. Utilise data to shape workforce and organisational design plans

Implement performance management, talent management and succession management projects tailored to the Marketing and Growth and International Expansion functions.

Involve in global people programs/projects/solutions by working closely with other People Partners, TA Team, Analytics Team among others.

Be the go-to person for the Leadership team for all people-related issues and topics.
Skills required
-
8+ years as a hands-on and strategic business partner, with at least 3+ years partnering with Marketing, Business Development, Sales and Country Management teams.

Experience in fast-paced and fast-changing working environments in tech-related companies (additional experience in consulting companies is a plus, hyper-growth is a plus).

Comfortable working with data-driven decision-making.

Experience in shaping and implementing People and Talent strategies.

Strategic HRBP / Partnership experience with senior Leadership.

Solid experience in assessing risk relative to the business.
