Overview

STAKEHOLDERS

  • Reports to: Managing Director
  • Close liaison with: Sales Directors, Group Finance Manager, Group CFO
  • Location: Berlin (Germany) 

Type of Person

IT proficient Analyst, who can interpret and clearly report on multi source data points; brings strong financial credentials to bridge Finance and Sales.  Needs to be dynamic and versatile, accurate and precise, with a desire to use data to Add value and take the business forward. 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working with Finance to build annual budgets and forecasts for business units
  • Create performance measures to drive Forecast outputs
  • Report on Over/Under Performance 
  • Owning Live Performance Reports, ensuring data is completed accurately to drive performance decision making
  • Using Data from CRM/Sales tools to drive P&L measurement – connecting CRM and Finance Systems
  • Producing Reports that analyse various Weekly/Monthly/Ytd performance
  • Work with Finance and IT to drive through the continued automation of all reporting 
  • Identify how automation can move to Real Time to AI
  • Utilise Data to identify Sales/GP trends/opportunities 
  • Identifying cost saving opportunities and areas of Cost inefficiency and working with Finance to deliver
  • Implementing new processes to get a more efficient collaboration between Front- and Back Office
  • Maintain up to date knowledge through research and networking to ensure you have an understanding of the latest improvements in the market to optimise the reporting capability
  • Make sure that all the relevant stakeholders use the systems properly (Cube19, Bullhorn,Intime)
  • Adhoc reports

Skills required

  • Confident in explaining performance in both English and German
  • Be able to Communicate performance with various stakeholder levels
  • Intercultural & empathic
  • BA/MBA or equivalent
  • Good IT/Financial Skills
